Natalie Addison lives a life of pursuing what she loves. Movement has always been the root of her passions and she loves sharing it. Natalie is a former professional dancer and started her performance career at 18 years old. Her dance resume filled with countless cruise ship, theater, casino and entertainment contract work for over 12 years. Through dance she fell in love with other modalities of movement. She now has rooted deep in the fitness, mobility and yoga industry here in West Palm Beach, FL. She is incredibly versatile in teaching all styles of movement classes. As a full time personal trainer, she holds various certifications and works with clients to move their best. On top of personal training, Natalie expands her offerings through programs to people in need, in schools, with athletes, with law enforcement and by creating more events within the community. She has found purpose in guiding others towards living a more mindful life and believes that movement is a must.
For the past 16 years, Nick has been helping individuals in West Palm Beach in adopting healthier lifestyles through exercise.
Commencing his personal trainer career in country clubs across Palm Beach County, Nick collaborated closely with some of the top trainers and physical therapists in the area. Following that, he gained experience by working at various gyms in downtown West Palm Beach, a step that significantly contributed to building his reputation and establishing a loyal clientele. As Nick pursued further education, he recognized the right moment to venture out independently.
Dr. Justin Bader is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a movement consultant and a wellness advocate. His assessment skills help him to identify possible movement issues and the underlying sources of dysfunction that may be causing pain or limiting mobility. He utilizes restorative manual therapy and corrective movement strategies. He educates his clients and athletes on how to move optimally and efficiently, so they can become the best versions of themselves.
Dr. Justin is a graduate from the University of Buffalo where he received his B.S. in Exercise Science from the School of Public Health and Health Professions. He then stayed at UB to further his education and ultimately earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
Dr. Justin believes you must learn to move well before you move often. He desires to help clients understand why something hurts, guide them through the process of how to correct it, and educate them on how to continue to care for themselves.
From a childhood filled with sports and a passion for health and fitness, Jen’s path to becoming a trainer was anything but traditional. The choice between culinary arts and sports medicine led her to a culinary adventure that spanned 18 years. Jen then became a certified yoga instructor in 2011 which opened her eyes to the profound impact of holistic health. For a decade, she balanced her career as a Pastry chef with her passion for yoga, continually learning what true health means. Jen’s love for health and fitness has always been a driving force in her life. Her desire to become a personal trainer and health coach full-time became too powerful to ignore. She then left her culinary career and dove headfirst into the world of fitness.
Now as a dedicated personal trainer and health coach, with trainings through NASM, AAFA, DBC, and The Institute of Integrative Nutrition, she is committed to sharing her knowledge and experiences to help others achieve their wellness goals.
Originally from the suburbs of Massachusetts, Laura found her way to Florida through attending Palm Beach Atlantic University. She received her Bachelors in Communications and Psychology before pursuing her dream of becoming a firefighter. Through training, Laura gained a passion for helping individuals overcome their physical and mental limitations. Laura received her Personal Training Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2024. She also holds her state and national Emergency Medical Technician License, as she works towards a degree in Nursing. Driven by purpose, Laura found a deep joy through teaching individuals how to move their bodies in a fun and engaging way, while also emphasizing the importance of mobility, stability, and flexibility through every workout.
In her free time, Laura enjoys analog photography, playing the guitar and singing, and educating the public on seizure first aid and epilepsy.
Sarafina Orbe has had a passion for movement since she was born. She began dancing at the age of 3, which led way to her career in the fitness and wellness industry. Sarafina received her bachelors degree in Health and Human Performance from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2016, and her master’s degree in Exercise Physiology in 2019. In addition to her traditional schooling, she has received a myriad of fitness certifications starting with yoga in 2015, 3 different Pilates certifications, barre, aerial yoga and pre/post natal fitness. Her formal educations and multiple certifications grant her the ability to work with specialized populations such as cancer patients, clients with chronic illness, cardiac rehab patients, and those recovering from injuries.
In 2020 Sarafina moved to Australia where she worked in some of Sydney’s top boutique Pilates and yoga studios. Their health and wellness focused lifestyle has helped inspire Sarafina in many ways.
Sarafina’s training style is unique to the individual client. She uses Pilates as the inspiration for her programing, while still infusing aspects of strength, functional fitness and cardio in order to fulfill the needs of each client. Her goal is to empower her clients through core strength and connection to their bodies.
Jaz, our Client Support Speacialist is here to guide new clients into the MVMNT Community. Jaz's background in movement knowledge ranges from Professional dancer and dance teacher to Certified yoga teacher and Certified Personal Trainer. As someone who works in community-centered environments, Jaz makes sure to use her knowledge in movement to help clients pair with a MVMNT Trainer Based on the clients' needs, injury history, and lifestyle. Jaz is dedicated to making your time at MVMNT a memorable and enjoyable experience.
